Everton pushes Lookman switch to RB Leipzig bar

Football Bundesliga RB Leipzig has submitted several offers for a firm commitment of the former player Ademola Lookman to FC Everton. However, the Premier League Club is turning its back.

A transfer this summer seems almost impossible, according to the recent statements of Everton boss Marco Silva. The English U21 national player is “the present and the future of the club”, Silva quotes the Independent on Friday.

“He is our player”, says the club manager, a new departure of the attacker is currently “not a topic”. Last season Lookman had been lent to the Saxons, under the then RB coach Ralph Hasenhhuttl collected five hits and four assistants in eleven Bundesliga games.

The Leipzig plan to occupy every position in the cadre twice in the new season could prove difficult after Silva’s refusal. According to English media reports, RB Leipzig had recently offered Lookman 24,5 million euros. In July the club already tried with an offer of 13,5 million euros.

FC Everton now wants to inspire the prospective player to stay on the island. We must try to convince him of our way.”The left foot is still tied to the Toffees until 2021.
