“Will away”: Hertha-Star flees from Klinsmann

The former tribal player Ondrej Duda no longer sees a chance for himself under Jurgen Klinsmann at the Bundesliga Hertha BSC and concretizes his interchange in winter.

“I have already decided to go –not because I don’t want to stay, but because they don’t want to”, the 25-year-old Slovak told the kicker. I want to leave. I’m not changing my mind. If someone does not want you, it is not possible to stay.”

The Slovak national player was the best scorer of the Berliners in the previous season with eleven goals and six templates. This season he only gets one assistant and is still without his own hit.

Duda has already been left on the bench several times by the then coach Ante Covic, in the five games und er his successor Klinsmann he was not in the frame four times.” I am just disappointed, some people have disappointed me,”said Duda, who is supposed to be on the list with Fortuna Dusseldorf among others.

Last time he said he was dissatisfied and expressed his first exchange thanks. It was “quite possible” that Duda would leave the club, Klinsmann had last said at the public training event. Duda has been with Hertha since 2016, only last summer he extended his contract prematurely.
